Steve Hatley, owner of iTrip Vail-Beaver Creek, and his team offer a full-service vacation property management program to homeowners in Vail and Beaver Creek, Colorado.

Steve started the property management company in 2011, after spending 24 years building residential neighborhoods and single-family homes near Atlanta, Georgia. He and his wife then decided to move to Colorado, and currently reside in Eagle and work in Vail and Beaver Creek.

The Vail-Beaver Creek property management company has since grown to include several employees, and through their proven program, homeowners know their rental investments are in good hands.

iTrip Vail-Beaver Creek helps homeowners accomplish three important things: Increase rental revenue, reduce management costs and provide a higher level of property care.

In their spare time, Steve and his wife work in the resort and community. He volunteers weekly as a Vail Resorts Mountain Host, assisting skiers on the mountain and serves as the president of the Vail Rotary Club. His wife serves as the human resources manager for the Town of Avon. As active members of the community, the Hatleys attend many local events and love living in Colorado.
